The right to complain

When you keep complaining about a situation, but don't do anything to change it, you lose the right to complain.
Almost everyone does it (I do too), but when your complaining irritates others, it's time to stop complaining and act to improve your situation. When people notice that you complain about the same thing all the time, you complained too much.
Complaining is easy, but it rarely solves problems. Actively working on improving a situation may be difficult (it may be very easy too), but it always pays off. Ask help from your friends and/or coworkers, they'll be glad to help even if it's only to make you stop complaining.
